He was trying anything to deflect Ziggy's accusation because he certainly had more than one heated dream about this exact thing even if Sigurd and Fredrik would absolutely not do it in real life. The Dane got snippy and turned the question around on Ziggy.
"He's your brother. Do you think about sleeping with him and someone else at the same time?" Mikkel's words had bite from his embarrassment and it was Ziggy's turn to get wide-eyed and pink in the cheeks.
